	Lease to Own - (Financial Lease)


	Your purchase will be shown as an asset and should be depreciated. The depreciation can then be deducted from your tax bill. The Interest can also be claimed.


	No deposit is available. *


	Your equipment can be depreciated by using one of two options. Diminishing Value (D.V.) or Straight Line (S.L.). The depreciation amount can then be deducted from your tax bill.


	Claim the full amount of G.S.T at the beginning of your term and offset the cost of a 12.5% deposit.


	You are able to upgrade during the term, make balloon payments and settle early.


	At the end of the completed contract the equipment is yours.


	Rental - (Operating Lease)


	Your purchase will not shown as an asset, as payments are treated as an expense.


	No deposit to pay, and your first installment is due one month after you have signed the contract.


	The repayments are 100% tax deductible.

	The G.S.T content is claimable from each payment.

	You are able to upgrade during your rental period.


	You will not automatically own the equipment at the end of your term. Usually you would want to obtain new equipment at the end of your term and continue with a new Rental for new equipment.

How it Works
* Include your TOTAL PRICE, DEPOSIT, TERM and the name of your DEALER.
* We will need at least two trade references on your application form.
* Make sure you will be available on the contact phone numbers you supply on your application.
Your Approval and Contract
* We will call you to discuss your application and approval.
* Contact your dealer and verify your configuration and price if changes are needed from your original quote.
The Contract for your Purchase
* We will send the contract to your or your dealer.
* Any deposit is payable to the dealer.
* A copy of the contract will be provided to you.
* Your signed contract is to be send to Credit Capable to process payment.
Your Repayments
* Payments will start via A.P. or D.D. form supplied with your contract.
* OR you will receive a welcome letter after your contract is lodged, giving you all the information required to
make your own arrangements with your bank.
